"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." Heb 13:8
Although I was in Jerusalem this year during the Feast of Tabernacles, my primary reason to be in Israel was prayer. It's always a priviledge to pray for Israel; it's a great blessing to pray there on the land and directly relate with the people.
This is a link to the welcome given by Prime Minister Netanyahu on Sunday evening, October 4, the "official" Day to Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem, which was integrated with the Feast activities at the Jerusalem Convention Center.
There are several links available on the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem website. Take a moment to explore this really great site! It's a wealth of information.
What is the Feast of Tabernacles? This link, again to the ICEJ site, will help explain what the Feast is about and why we celebrate "Sukkot."
May 2008 found me in Israel (halleluiah!) participating in The Call Jerusalem and attending stunning special events celebrating the 60th Anniversary of this miracle nation!
It was a huge blessing to be there and a great privilege to stand on such holy ground and intercede for Israel, her present and future, and her people.
I hope you enjoy the Israel photos. All are copyright protected by Sue Duncan Ministries, but you're welcome to view them to your heart's content.
